Tell the supplier where the project is located and how exposed the openings are. Climate, building height, orientation and opening size influence the appropriate frame depth, drainage approach, glazing makeup and hardware selection.
Coordinate profile and glazing
A thermal-break profile separates the interior and exterior aluminum with an insulating barrier. Pairing it with suitable insulated, laminated or low-emissivity glass can improve comfort, condensation resistance and energy performance.
Confirm the complete configuration
Ask for the proposed profile series, glass makeup, spacer, gasket arrangement, hardware and relevant test documentation for the exact configuration. Performance claims should be linked to the selected system rather than treated as a generic product label.
